A1. Project Management
Actions related to management, coordination (operational & financial), communication (internal & external), quality assurance.
A2. Good practice collection
Collection, exchange and analysis of good practices about university pediatric nursing training from the partner countries and Europe.
A3. Model for training
Finalise the pedagogical model for training paediatric nurses on specific care pathways, building on the results of best practice collection and the experience and expertise of the workshop participants and relevant scientific literature.
A4. Training material and application development
Development of learning modules for pediatric nursing Clinical Pathway training to support remote learning modalities.
A5. Piloting and Focus group verification
Τraining course developed by A4 will be validated, and practical feedback and draw conclusions regarding the AGILITY training model will be collected.
A6. Impact and Dissemination
Supporting the overall objective of AGILITY, mobilize and engage key stakeholders from the partner countries and Europe to increase the project’s impact and contribute to its sustainability.
